Split A Load Form

Hi: This form is our attempt to help you share the vost of delivery with a person that lives close to you. We will try and match you up with a person that is close to you. But keep in mind that are a few things to consider. You want to agree to split the load evenly. That allows us to try and dump equal portions of the load at each site. However this is not a science and you will have to accept what you get. Once dumped, we cannot reload the material. We do however, add on a little extra material to make sure it works out fairly.

If we can find a suitable person you will need to prepay before any delivery can be schedued. This can only start once we have received payment. If you k ow a person close to you fill in the second intersection and we will verify we can do this.

All fields are necessary to complete except "Second Intersection." Only fill that in if you know it.
